Terms of Service and Conditions
Terms of Service Agreement
Hours of Operation: Our services are offered weekdays 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., and weekends from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. Clients will receive a text message when our team is approximately 30 to 60 minutes away from residence or business, as well as getting a text message once service has been completed. We do not operate on the following holidays: New years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Scope of Service: In short, our basic duties as pet waste removal professionals would be to clean up affected areas on the premises in a timely and efficient manner, and dispose of pet waste either in the client's trash can or hauling it off. Ensuring a nice, clean property is a priority in our mind’s to better serve the customer. We also offer dog walking, and litter changing.
Pricing: Prices on our servicing will vary based on the frequency of visits and how many dogs there are to pick up after. Prices are also subject to change at any time depending on the market.
Payment: The customer is responsible for inputting card information on file ahead of first service and will be charged payment in full following the initial service. If card information is not provided, service will not begin. Following initial service, the customer is responsible for payment following each recurring service. If payment in full is not received, Stevie’s pet waste removal reserves the right to pause services until payment in full has been received.
Access to property: All client’s are to ensure our technicians have access in and out of the property, and are able to work free of danger and unsafe conditions. Also to ensure proper servicing, we ask that client's please keep their yard properly maintained.
Cancellations/ Rescheduling: In the event of a cancellation, the customer must inform us 24 hours ahead of routine servicing via text or email. If at any time you decide to cancel your service for any reason, your account and all the information associated with it will be deleted. If you then wish to resume services at a later date, you will be required to complete the signup process again and will be responsible for payment at the current rate. In terms of rescheduling, our policy insists the customer reach out to us at least 24 hours before scheduled service so we can adjust our route accordingly.
Weather policy: In inclement weather conditions such as a storm or hail, our team will reach out to the customer via text or email letting them know that we will have to reschedule due to safety reasons.
Waste hauling: We offer performing our routine cleaning service with the option of putting the waste in the client’s trash can or hauling it off.
Notice for protective/ aggressive dogs: We ask that if your fur baby can be known to bite or show aggressive behavior towards others that you put them inside while we perform our scoop servicing. If our technician feels endangered and cannot perform the job due to an aggressive animal in the proximity, a trip charge can still be applied.
Change in family pets: It is the client’s responsibility to notify us of any increase or decrease in the number of pets within a week of a gain or loss of a pet so we can price accordingly. Failure to report additional pets may be grounds for termination of service.
Cancellation of service: Either party may cancel this agreement at any time. For residential client’s, we do require all cancellations to be submitted in writing via email or through the client portal at least 24 hours prior to your next service day. For commercial clients, we do require a 30 day prior written notice via email or submitted via the client portal for service cancellations. If our staff shows up to the property and are not able to perform the service to the yard due to any reason or you cancel your service without giving the 24 hour notice to us, then a $15 service card will be billed to your account via the card on file. If we show up to your property and are forced to wait, we will wait a maximum amount of time of 5 minutes, after that we will be unable to service your lawn that day, and a $15 dollar charge will be billed to your account.
Liability: Stevie’s Pet Waste Removal assumes no liabilities for damage to yards, gates, pets, or properties. By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and conditions of service.
